  1. Bow Section Restoration:

    • The bow section was assessed and found to have significant damage.

    • Cut open the bow section and removed damaged parts.

    • Added internal stiffeners to enhance structural integrity.

    • Replaced bow plating with a new, fresh plate.

    • Strengthened the bow section to enable it to push against without sustaining damage.

  2. Electrolysis Damage Repair:

    • Heavy electrolysis damage was identified on the hull plating.

    • Replaced all damaged plates or repaired damaged areas as required.

    • Installed internal stiffeners in the newly repaired hull plating area to reinforce structural integrity.

  3. Deck and Cabin Improvements:

    • Added nameplate for improved identification and branding.

    • Replaced deck plates as necessary to address wear and tear.

    • Made structural changes to the cabin to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

    • Partial replacement of corroded sections to ensure structural integrity.

  2. Hatch Replacement:

    • All hatches were assessed and found to be in poor condition.

    • Complete replacement of all hatches.

    • Installation of raisers to improve accessibility and safety.

  3. Bottom Hull Plating:

    • Significant deterioration was observed in approximately 15% to 25% of the bottom hull plating.

    • Replaced damaged sections with new plating to restore structural integrity.

  4. Bow Thruster Installation:

    • Addition of a bow thruster to enhance manoeuvrability and control.

    • Installed to improve vessel performance and operational capabilities.
